Budapest office market: airport-axle comes into focus again

The Budapest office market is about to change as the tenants' requirements have changed and by this, the airport-axle gets into the center of their focus again. This means, that due to the planned renovation of the surroundings of the Határ út metro station and the renovation of the metro line M3 the prestige of the area is increasing.
In the Airport axle area there is more than 225.000 m2 of modern office stock, while the neighborhood has outstanding transportation, including its proximity to the airport and the public transport options such as the M3 metro line, the busses and trams. "The favorable price-value ratio in the area also plays an important factor in the tenants' decision" says Ágnes Vuk, project manager of Laurus Offices.
The other advantage of the airport-axle is that it is close enough to the Liszt Ferenc International Airport, which counts as the main artery of Hungary's trade. As formerly widespread business travels are becoming more frequent again, the proximity to the airport counts as a great advantage to the multinational companies when they are looking for a new office in Budapest.
