Due Diligence

In accordance with the directives of the European Union there are several regulations in Hungary, which provide the prevention of money laundering and other financial misuses. In the preparation phase of a transaction, Robertson Hungary takes part in the coordination of due diligence process adjusted to the company’s needs, manages the cooperating experts, and contributes to the meetings as an active member. We coordinate the monitoring of potential properties from the bidders’ side and the communication process between the parties (we organize meetings and teleconferences), furthermore we support potential investors in negotiating the sale contract with the vendor.
